These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FTPull ("the App"), a macOS application developed by Ferran ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using FTPull, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use FTPull on any Mac computers that you own or control. This license is perpetual for the version purchased.

FTPull is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. The purchase price is displayed at the time of purchase and includes all applicable taxes where required by law.
Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FTPull for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
After the 30-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Your purchase includes free updates within the current major version of FTPull (e.g., all 1.x updates if you purchased version 1.0). Major version upgrades (e.g., from 1.x to 2.x) may require an additional purchase at a discounted upgrade price.
We are under no obligation to provide updates, but we strive to maintain and improve FTPull regularly.
We provide email support at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. Support is provided in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
FTPull is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FTPull, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Your license to use FTPull continues indefinitely unless terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
